The focus of this online course is to assist small businesses in the Isaac Region increase their knowledge on the recruitment and attraction of talent and to explore the link between staff engagement and retention.

Facilitated by Nic Willis Consulting, it will involve self-paced learning with interaction encouraged in Zoom classroom meetings. You will take away solid and tangible tools that you can utilise in your own business.

You will also receive one on one mentoring sessions with Nic to drill down your businesses HR procedures.
