Join us for Clermont's 8th annual Beef Expo & Trade Display featuring guest speaker, Krista Watkins. Our slogan this year is "Waste Not, Want Not"'. Krista and her husband Rob were frustrated with the amount of excess bananas produced each week on their NQ farm. The pair successfully commercialised Green Banana Flour to the world - the FIRST and still the only commercial operation.
