BREEZES MACKAY RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE FACILITY STAGE 1

Construction of a single storey residential aged care facility with 72 high care rooms in 4 wings that contains 18 rooms per wing. Each wing has a variety of formal & informal lounges & sitting areas, utility rooms & stores, independent kitchen & dining area. Each room has an ensuite & enough space for bed, lounge, desk & medical services. Central communal facilities including kitchen & dining, kiosk, multi-purpose rooms & activity hub, hair dresser, various consultation rooms, administration & reception, utility rooms & stores. Back of house facilities including freezers & cold rooms, utilities, stores & maintenance workshop, staff toilets, laundries & offices.
