Removal of existing hospitality & manual arts buildings & existing maintenance sheds. Construction of new single storey industrial design & technology building (INTAD) with metal, wood & hybrid workshops preparing rooms & construction court. Construction of new covered multi-purpose court & amenities. Construction of new 2 storey learning centre with general learning areas & hospitality classrooms. Construction of 2 new covered outdoor lunch areas. Construction of new maintenance shed & bus parking bay. Refurbishment to existing amenities. Metal roof sheeting & wall sheeting, concrete columns, operable glazing, fibre cement cladding, rendered blockwork & powdercoated aluminium screen.
