BOWEN MARINE INDUSTRY PRECINCT (FORMERLY WHITSUNDAY MARINE CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE)

Construction of Bowen Marine Industry Precinct at the Bowen Boat Harbour, creating a world-class marine servicing facility, & a vast array of supporting services. The marine service facility would enable Bowen Harbour to service superyachts. The facility is likely to consist of 1 or 2 large sheds which would include synchrolift & rails leading to & from the water. The building(s) would be powered by solar panels & could operate on recycled water. Boat store. Boat workshops & large super yacht workshops. Concrete hardstand 20,000sq m. Marine industry & trade units. 60-80m super yacht moorings. Boat moorings.
