WHITSUNDAY GREEN – OVERALL

Boundary realignment to rearrange the 6 existing lots into 3 super lots. Reconfiguration of 1 lot into 210 lots to facilitate the creation of 210 lifestyle village residential with Stage 1 comprising Lots 1-21 including areas of common property. Common property with an area of approximately 15 hectares to be developed in stages.Construction of a mixed use development to comprise 210 dwellings & golf course in stages. Development options for a dwelling house on the lifestyle village lots – Greenside Villa & Fairway Villa. Each villa contain 2 bedrooms & require a zero-setback to 1 side boundary. Stage 1b – Construction of a new sales office, reception pavilions/pergola/decks & pathways, pool area with change rooms & amenities, barbeque facilities, outdoor gymnasium & children’s playground. Conversion of the existing sales office into a pro-shop & cafe only. Stage 2a – New clubhouse (including bistro & bar). Additional car parking commensurate with the number of holes & the gross floor area of associated golf course uses, approximately 59 spaces & loading bay area. Conversion of the existing pro-shop & cafe into pro-shop & clubhouse (health club). Stage 2b – Construction of bowling greens & tennis courts. Stage 3 onwards – New 9 hole par 35 golf course. This stage may be developed in sub-stages with 1 (or more) holes at the time. Relocation of the existing driving & practice range as the new golf course develops.
