MORANBAH SOUTH JOINT VENTURE COAL PROJECT

A project based on a resource estimate of 471 million tonnes (Mt) of coal. Longwall & bord & pillar mining at a rate of 18 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) of run-of-mine (ROM) coking coal for more than 30 years. A conveyor to take coal to a coal handling & preparation plant (CHPP) prior to rail export from a new rail loadout facility & rail loop. Reject emplacement areas. Accommodation options, including on-site, under consideration.
