MACKAY REGIONAL COUNCIL SEWAGE PUMP STATIONS

Refurbishment works for 10 sewage pump station sites within Council areas at Mackay Regional Council (Pacific Drive No1 Sewage Pump Station (PSEI10) – Blacks Beach, Willetts Road Sewage Pump Station (PSNM11)- North Mackay, Margaret Street Sewage Pump Station (PSMI01) – Mirani, Malcolmson Street No2 Sewage Pump Station (PSMP01) – Mount Pleasant, Camilleri Street Sewage Pump Station (PSEI08) – Eimeo, Gooseponds Sewage Pump Station (PSNM03) – North Mackay, Eimeo Road No1 Sewage Pump Station (PSEI02) – Eimeo, Monique Court Sewage Pump Station (PSAN10) – Andergrove, Shepherd Road Sewage Pump Station (PSEI06) – Eimeo & Sunset Boulevard Sewage Pump Station (PSEI05) – Eimeo). Scope of work includes: site establishment/disestablishment. Temporary fencing & signage. Clearing, grubbing & earth works. Removal of existing pumps & pipe work from pump station wet wells, repair & reline wet wells & penetration pipes & re-installation of the existing pipe work or new pipe work as specified, reinstallation of existing pumps or new pumps, fittings, & appurtenances after relining works. Removal & replacement of existing valves & fittings within existing valve pits. Supply & installation of new wet well & valve pit access lids & safety shields. Installation of flow meter & construction of flow meter pit (Margaret Street Sewage Pump Station PSMI01). Installation of electrical cabling, conduits, & pits between flow meter (Margaret Street Sewage Pump Station PSMI01), odour control unit (Gooseponds Sewage Pump Station PSNM03) & existing switchboards including excavation, conduit laying, placement of marker tape, backfilling, & compaction of trenches. Excavation, pipe laying including placement of marker tape, backfilling, & compaction of trenches for rising main & mobile pump connection arrangement (Margaret Street Sewage Pump Station PSMI01). Installation of new skid mounted odour control unit including support slab/foundation (Gooseponds Sewage Pump Station PSNM03). Construction of new access driveways & hardstand areas. Restoration of all disturbed areas, reinstatement of roads, driveways, footpaths, stormwater swales, fences & grassed areas. Disposal of all waste & excess materials.
