The Greater Whitsunday region has made significant progress in workforce development over the past five years, creating a strong foundation for future growth. As workforce challenges and opportunities continue to evolve, there is an opportunity to strengthen collaboration, align priorities and maximise collective impact.
The Workforce Development Mastermind is a selected gathering of regional leaders and key stakeholders committed to shaping the future workforce of Greater Whitsunday.
Facilitated by Greater Whitsunday Alliance (GW3) through the Greater Whitsunday Regional Jobs Committee (RJC), this strategic workshop will bring together leaders from industry, education, government and workforce development to explore emerging trends, share insights and help inform future workforce priorities for the region.
The Mastermind is an opportunity to leverage the collective expertise of regional leaders, strengthen alignment across workforce development efforts and identify practical actions that support future workforce growth and regional prosperity.
