EDEN LASSIE AGAVE DISTILLERY & TOURIST CENTRE

Construction of an agave tequila spirit distillery with a function centre & tourism centre. It is hoped to power the distillery with hydrogen & solar technology. Proposed design incorporates PV solar, potential resource recovery through an agave biomass to energy plant & a green hydrogen electrolyser.
