MAGPIES SPORTING CLUB MACKAY EXTENSION STAGES 1-3

Extension to the existing club in Stages 1-3. Stage 1 – Gaming room extension including new bar, amenities, main switchboard & comms works. Temporary internal alterations to cafe/lounge throughout duration of Stages 1 & 2. New cold room & freezer extension to existing sports bar. New pad mount transformer works & alterations to existing car parking & drop off areas. Existing administration demountable to be demolished upon completion of Stage 1. Administration offices including staff amenities & rooftop AC plant. Stage 2 – Sports bar extension works including deck, DOSA, accessible ramp & landscaping externally. New bin enclosure & alterations to existing vehicle access to BOH. New rooftop AC plant to service sports bar. Stage 3 – Existing storage shed to be demolished for new porte cochere & main entry extension including cafe & lounge expansion. Extension of existing kids room & stair to access existing Level 1 balcony. New landscaping & hardscape surrounding entry & further alterations to existing drop off to suit new porte cochere. Signage. New glazing, perforated metal screen, fibre cement cladding, face blockwork, stone wall cladding & metal balustrade.
