MORANBAH COMMUNITY CENTRE REDEVELOPMENT

Construction for the existing community centre redevelopment at Moranbah. Scope of work includes: demolition of the existing centre’s internal fit out. External air handling unit plant. Eastern terrace roof & structure. Construction of a new kitchen/bar & new cold rooms, new car parking, service court & ramp, new external footpaths. Refurbishment of the hall & stage, foyers, stores, laundry, amenities, cleaners room, offices, & audio-visual control room, reception area, breakout rooms, corridors, & ICT control room, new meeting rooms & interview rooms, the chapel, new kitchenettes. Upgrade the fade & roof/awning to the eastern terrace, external stairs, ramp & fire escape, lighting for the hall & external areas. Installation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & fire services, new external mechanical & hydraulic plant area, new external yarning circle, new entry steps & ramps, furniture & fittings, signage.
