MOUNT COOLON JOINT VENTURE GOLD PROJECT

Upgraded Resource Estimate of 1.4Mt averaging 2.6 g/t Au containing an estimated 118,700 ounces of gold for the Koala Gold Mine. Eugenia prospect has an upgraded Resource Estimate of 305t @ 1.6g/t Au for 15,800ozs Au (Measured), 4,114t @ 1.4g/t Au for 182,983ozs Au (Indicated) & 1,349t @ 1.6g/t Au for 69,755ozs Au (Inferred). Total updated Resource Estimate of 7.2Mt @ 1.5g/t Au for 343,500ozs Au. Plans to develop the Koala, Glen Eva & Eugenia deposits that will be extracted using conventional drill & blast, load & haul & dump activities. The Glen Eva & Eugenia deposits will be open pit only operations, & Koala will include both an open pit & underground operation.
