PROSERPINE WIND FARM

Construction of a 900MW wind farm, located to the west of Peter Faust (Lake Proserpine) Dam & approximately 60 km west of Airlie Beach, in 2 stages. Stage 1: 450MW, Stage 2: 450MW. Up to 166 wind turbine generators (WTG), with tip height up to 237m & rotor diameter up to 175m. WTG foundations & hardstands. Access tracks, underground cabling & overhead transmission lines. Electrical infrastructure including internal electrical collector stations, substations & grid connection infrastructure. Concrete batching plant/s & quarry/s. Permanent meteorological masts. Accommodation camp. Battery energy storage system. Construction compound & laydown areas. Central operational & maintenance facility.
