Jennifer is an experienced small business owner, award winning community sector leader and has 10 years’ experience as a company CEO. Her drive in her business – and in her role with GW3 – comes for a love for, and belief in, community benefit and sustainable outcomes.

Having held high-level positions with a number of local organisations, Jennifer brings her own brand of leadership, creative innovation and governance experience to GW3, as well as a proven track record for achieving successful outcomes via constructive collaboration, business planning, project management, organisational governance and leadership to her role in GW3.

As a small business operator in regional Queensland, Jennifer knows – and has experienced firsthand – the challenges and opportunities which come from doing business in regions such as Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday.
