Driven to deliver real, future-focused outcomes for Mackay, Isaac, Whitsunday communities, she is dedicated to achieving positive employment outcomes and fostering robust relationships with local businesses and industry groups.
Passionate about workforce development, upskilling, reskilling, and creating employment pathways, Teresa is committed to advancing the economic future of our region. In a recent role – Project Support Officer and Employment Facilitator with the Local Jobs Program – she collaborated with key stakeholders throughout the Mackay, Whitsunday, and Isaac regions to develop innovative, place-based solutions that address skills shortages and promote economic development.
With strong skills in team leadership, industry collaboration, and project coordination, Teresa brings to the GW3 team a well-equipped skills set to support and drive initiatives that benefit both businesses and the community.
During her time with GW3, she has been instrumental in the success of programs across workforce development and, stakeholder engagement, and has been activating projects identified in the Greater Whitsunday Workforce Development Playbook.
