Tony has more than three decades of experience across the Australian Resources Sector – with proven mettle and success in leadership, public company business management, organisational scaling (both up and down), and complex project execution working with high-performing teams.  As Chairman of GW3’s board of directors he has brought to the organisation an almost unparalleled understanding of the complexities, challenges and opportunities that come with every stage of major project delivery in a regional context.

Experienced in setting and executing organisational strategy, Tony has developed and overseen significant organisational growth and expansion including transformative shifts into adjacent sectors. He has a proven ability to attract and develop strong complimentary and synergistic leadership teams that deliver strong results and that ability extends to building high performing teams with accountability and responsibility for delivering results within a clearly defined and lived culture.

His suite of highly sought after skills also includes diverse shareholder experience managing brokers and investors, corporate governance, risk management, contract negotiations, operational and high-level investor reporting, project management across multiple jurisdictions, and commodities sectors throughout Australia, capital markets experience, and executive management at ASX publicly-listed company level.

With all of that, Tony is also a passionate advocate for the current and future prosperity of the Greater Whitsunday region.
